Planning to join our recipe testing community? Let’s start by taking the Tacoma Aroma Tester Pledge.
Please raise your right hand and repeat after me:
I, (state your name), do solemnly swear to NOT share the copyrighted recipes provided to me as a member of the Tacoma Aroma Testing Community.
I will revel in the joy of the exclusive opportunity to preview and test recipes, secure in the knowledge that I am contributing to the improvement of a project that celebrates
talented south sound chefs and mixologists, and that supports the 253 community. (25.3% of the profits from the book will be donated to charities in the 253 area code!)
And though I may serve the finished dishes to guests (A.K.A. Guinea Pigs), I will maintain the secrecy of the recipes.
If I’m asked to share the recipe, I will let the requestor know that:
1. They too can join the testing community at tacomaaromaflavor.com/contact.
2. They’ll have the opportunity to purchase the book, where all of the finalized recipes and the names of community testers will be published.
So say we all.
Okay, so that was a bit tongue-in-cheek, but you get the idea. 🙂
